In fact, our expertise in the food service industry has stemmed from various diverse operations. From owning a store front, to running a multi-million dollar food chain and even coordinating large concession events, our knowledge is vast in the food service arena. Currently, we have restaurants on Ft. Irwin and have already established past performance for foodservices in the training areas (RUBA). With this said, we comprehend the intricacies of the National Training Center and the layout of the entire base. EBGI has even created a Middle Eastern cultural restaurant at Medina Wasl (NTC) training area utilizing role players.
